Damaris began her business in 2015 after moving to the US from Colombia. Back home, Damaris worked with children and she continued this here in the Boston area. She has been in this business for 8 years and loves the work she does. Her childcare is entirely in Spanish, designed to help kids learn the language before going into K-12 schooling. She never gets bored at work because every day and every child's story is different!

Damaris loves the one-on-one relationship she builds with her kids every day. She believes in the power of a small classroom and ensures that all of her children have enough resources to thrive. She builds long-term relationships with kids and families because many children enter as infants and stay until they leave for school at 4 years old, or have siblings in the program.
